7+ years Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, and/or Engineering Management
Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex, large-scale, multi-tenant systems, including cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and highly available platforms.
Deep understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for critical services.
Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
Familiarity with 3rd Party e-commerce marketplace integrations and the underlying platform and API architecture required to support them
Experience working with publishing, merchandising, and other key e-commerce systems, with a focus on ensuring scalability, automation and seamless integration to the larger platform
Experience working with globally distributed teams, in a multi-lingual/cultural environment
Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
