We are seeking a growth-focused Product Manager to lead the evolution of a credit card application and onboarding experience. This role is pivotal in driving user activation, optimizing conversion funnels, and creating a seamless, data-driven onboarding journey. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and risk teams to experiment, analyze, and implement improvements that accelerate growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, leverages data for decision-making, and brings creative solutions to complex product challenges. This position offers the opportunity to shape a core part of the platform, directly impacting user satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention.
Accountabilities:
- Lead experimentation and funnel optimization efforts to improve conversion, activation, and engagement across the application and onboarding flows.
- Define and execute product-led growth strategies to drive self-serve acquisition and activation.
- Reimagine the end-to-end onboarding experience, removing friction and clarifying value for users.
- Partner with data science teams to analyze user behavior, identify high-impact opportunities, and measure experiment outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and risk teams to align on goals and operationalize learnings.
- Develop and scale internal tools and systems for rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and data instrumentation.
- Own and track key metrics including application start rate, approval rate, activation time, and LTV/CAC efficiency.
Requirements- 6–8+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization.
- Proven success driving measurable improvements in conversion and retention through hypothesis-driven product work and A/B testing.
- Deep understanding of product-led growth tactics including onboarding, activation, and engagement loops.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Experience collaborating with acquisition, marketing, and risk teams to optimize financial or application-based funnels.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Systems thinking mindset with the ability to balance speed, scale, and product quality.
Preferred: - Experience with financial products, fintech onboarding, or identity verification flows.
