In this role, you will lead the development of AI-powered, user-centric workplace solutions that enhance productivity across desktop, mobile, and enterprise environments. You will collaborate closely with AI, Design, and Engineering teams to craft seamless, scalable workflows, integrating AI-driven features such as conversational interfaces, predictive insights, and workflow automation. This position balances strategic product vision with hands-on execution, driving measurable adoption and satisfaction across a diverse enterprise user base. You will translate complex challenges into elegant, data-informed solutions, ensuring a cohesive, platform-agnostic experience. Accountabilities:

• Lead product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional coordination with designers, engineers, and fellow product managers.
• Integrate AI-driven, conversational, and predictive features into enterprise workflows, including Salesforce and Office integrations.
• Translate customer pain points into scalable, data-informed solutions that enhance adoption and user satisfaction.
• Ensure all product features launch successfully, with clear metrics for impact, usage, and satisfaction.
• Champion a unified, platform-agnostic user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, AI, and security teams to maintain scalability, compliance, and innovation standards.
• Advocate for AI-driven innovation and user-focused solutions within the broader product ecosystem.

• 5–7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, communications, or enterprise software platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven user experiences, conversational interfaces, or workflow automation.
• Demonstrated experience with cross-platform product development (Windows, Mac, mobile).
• Experience with enterprise integrations such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
• Data-driven decision-making with measurable execution and a focus on user outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-impact, fast-paced environment and demonstrate a growth mindset.

• Competitive base salary range: $124,000 – $271,200 (may include bonus and equity opportunities).
