🔍 Responsibilities:

As the Senior Product Manager for Rev SaaS, you will be the strategic leader and end-to-end owner of a groundbreaking product that converts speech to text to revolutionize how knowledge workers synthesize meetings, conversations, and vast archives of documents into highly valuable insights, facts, and new generated documents.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will:

  • Own the Core Product Vision: Develop and champion a clear, compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for our core speech to text subscription services. You will guide the future of a market-leading product, ensuring it continues to meet and exceed the expectations of a diverse user base.

  • Develop Growth-Driving Capabilities: Identify and build new product features that create scalable pathways for subscription growth. You will be responsible for creating the foundational platforms and user experiences that drive acquisition, deepen engagement, and facilitate expansion.

  • Deepen Customer-Centricity: Engage deeply with our diverse customer base—from individual creators to large enterprises—to intimately understand their workflows and pain points. Translate these complex needs into elegant, intuitive product solutions that reinforce our market leadership.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Work hand-in-hand with our world-class AI engineers, data scientists, and design teams to guide the development of the core platform and user experience. You will be the central hub ensuring seamless communication and alignment to drive product development velocity.

  • Master Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends to defend our position and discover new opportunities for innovation and growth.

🚀 What You'll Work On:

  • Product Strategy & Scaling: You will own the entire product lifecycle for our core platform and product. This includes crafting a data-driven strategy and a detailed roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.

  • Strategic Feature Development for Vertical Growth: You will drive the development of core capabilities that solve the unique challenges of the legal industry while simultaneously creating foundational features that benefit all users.

  • User & Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and extensive user research (including customer interviews, workshops, and data analysis) to inform product decisions.

  • Requirements & Specifications: Translate complex user needs and technical capabilities into clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central hub for collaboration across engineering, science, design, marketing, sales, and support, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to drive product development velocity.

  • Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner closely with Product Marketing to clearly articulate the value of our product to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to executives.

  • Performance & Optimization: Define key metrics, monitor product performance, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience and business impact.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Product Leadership: 5+ years of product management experience with a significant track record of managing and scaling successful B2B or B2B2C SaaS subscription products.

  • AI/ML Product Experience: A strong understanding of AI/ML-powered platforms. Direct experience with automated speech recognition (ASR) or related language technologies is highly desirable.

  • Strategic & Tactical Excellence: The ability to operate at a high strategic level while simultaneously managing detailed, tactical execution to drive results. You are data-informed and can bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong aptitude for user research, empathy, and a relentless focus on solving complex user problems with elegant solutions.

  • Technical Fluency: You can effectively engage with highly technical engineering and science teams to translate user needs into detailed product requirements. A bachelor's degree in a related technical field is preferred.

  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives to customers.

  • Impact-Driven: A strong bias for action, a passion for achieving measurable business outcomes, and the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards ambitious goals.

Bonus Points For:

  • Direct experience delivering technology products into the Legal industry, or a deep understanding of legal workflows and pain points.
