Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Join us for an exciting opportunity at Albertsons Companies, where innovation and customer service go hand-in-hand!

At Albertsons Companies, we are looking for someone who’s not just seeking a job, but someone who wants to make an impact. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute to the growth of a company that values great service and lasting customer relationships. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that’s constantly evolving.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end reporting platforms powering our retail media business. This role sits at the intersection of ad data infrastructure, measurement science, and advertiser experience, owning both reporting pipelines and advertiser facing dashboards.

You will define and scale accurate, trusted, and actionable reporting products used by internal teams and external advertisers to measure campaign performance, attribution, and incrementality—at enterprise scale and under strict SLAs. This role requires deep domain expertise in digital advertising measurement, reporting platform management, strong technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex data systems into intuitive advertiser experiences.

Main responsibilities:

Dashboards & Advertiser Experience

  • Own advertiser facing reporting dashboards and APIs, ensuring insights are intuitive, actionable, and trusted.
  • Partner with UX and Design to simplify complex data relationships for sales teams, agencies, CPG advertisers, and other personas.
  • Continuously improve usability based on user feedback and adoption metrics.

Operational Excellence

  • Act as the first line of triage for reporting issues—distinguishing data quality, process, and system failures.
  • Lead RCA efforts and drive durable fixes with engineering and partner teams
  • Improve automation, monitoring, and alerting to reduce manual intervention and SLA risk.

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for ads reporting and data platforms across use-cases.
  • Define NorthStar metrics, success criteria, and SLAs for campaign reporting accuracy, timeliness, and usability.
  • Draft clear requirements and acceptance criteria, manage sprint grooming
  • Balance short-term reliability improvements with long-term platform evolution (automation, scalability, advanced measurement).
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Influence stakeholders without authority in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Validate new metrics and reporting launches using deep data analysis and launch readiness frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Analytics, Sales, Operations teams across the US and India.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • 5 plus years of product management experience, with significant time in AdTech, MarTech, or Retail Media.

  • Proven ownership of reporting platforms at scale.

  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, including performance metrics and attribution

  • Technical fluency with largescale data systems, SQL, ETL pipelines, and BI tooling.

  • Demonstrated experience operating in SLA driven, data quality critical environments

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Background in designing or supporting reporting platforms, dashboards, or automated data workflows.

  • Background collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

We also provide a variety of benefits including:
