DescriptionThis position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics in the United States.
In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of reporting and analytics products that deliver actionable insights for enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, and customer success—to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure measurable business outcomes. Engaging directly with customers, you will translate complex data needs into intuitive, high-impact solutions that drive decision-making. This position balances strategic vision with hands-on product management, fostering innovation and excellence in analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven reporting across diverse customer environments.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for reporting and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams to build and launch impactful products.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements, identify desired outcomes, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for prioritization and execution.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in reporting, analytics, and business intelligence, effectively communicating product vision internally and externally.
Requirements- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with focus on reporting, analytics, or BI-related products.
- Strong technical knowledge of data technologies, including SQL, databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in data visualization, analytical tools, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Experience with columnar databases (e.g., Clickhouse) and IDP/document automation is a plus.
Benefits- Competitive salary range: $145,000–$165,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
