As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of key features for a multi-sided marketplace, helping diverse users interact seamlessly while driving measurable impact. You will define and execute a strategic product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term deliverables. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, support, and operations teams to deliver high-quality experiences. You will leverage data, user research, and experimentation to guide decisions, optimize product performance, and uncover growth opportunities. The position requires strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
· Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap using insights from data, user feedback, and business priorities.
· Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and executives across the organization.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, support, operations, and legal to deliver high-quality product experiences.
· Scope, plan, and ship impactful features, balancing immediate goals with long-term product strategy.
· Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to ensure user needs are central to decision-making.
· Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain alignment across teams.
· Analyze product metrics, feedback, and market trends to assess impact, refine strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
· Design and execute experiments to validate new ideas, test hypotheses, and identify growth opportunities.
· 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace or B2C environment serving multiple user types.
· Strong understanding of multi-sided platform dynamics, including supply, demand, and operational complexities.
· Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, make strategic trade-offs, and communicate effectively.
· Data-driven mindset, fluent in translating quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable decisions.
· Track record of shipping high-quality products from concept through delivery and iteration.
· Skilled in designing and evaluating product experiments to validate direction and accelerate learning.
· Strong empathy for users, combined with ethical, data-informed decision-making.
· Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills to foster trust and alignment across disciplines.
