Senior Product Manager (Remote - US)

In this role, you will own and scale a core SaaS product, driving its strategy, adoption, and impact across a diverse customer base. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, influence product direction, and define measurable success metrics. This role requires balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while optimizing operational processes and enabling automation through AI. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your strategic insights and leadership skills directly influence product growth and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Prioritize initiatives using customer data, market insights, and operational feedback.
• Establish and track product success metrics including adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead discovery processes to validate customer problems and guide solution development.
• Expand product capabilities and integrate AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to translate product capabilities into customer messaging and enablement.
• Lead product squads through complex initiatives, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms with a proven record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience shaping product vision, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with experience building business cases and balancing customer value with operational sustainability.
• Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high energy and self-drive.
• Experience integrating AI/automation into enterprise products is a plus.
• Knowledge of web technologies, content management systems, and accessibility standards is advantageous.
