This role provides an opportunity to lead product strategy and development in a fully remote environment, shaping innovative solutions that address customer needs and drive business growth. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and delivery teams to define product roadmaps, manage lifecycles, and ensure alignment with market opportunities. The position involves conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and making data-driven decisions to prioritize features and optimize outcomes. You will mentor junior product managers, promote continuous improvement, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys influencing products from concept to launch. Occasional travel may be required.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Define long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market, business, and user research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights, updates, and recommendations on product initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, driving continuous improvement and value.
  • Mentor and guide associate and mid-level product managers to foster professional growth and strengthen team capabilities.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital product management or technology-focused projects.
  • Proven track record managing complex software products, with multiple features and diverse stakeholder requirements.
  • Understanding of web technologies, software development concepts, and APIs.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, prioritization workshops, and requirements elicitation.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up in new business domains and independently drive initiatives.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working with globally distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with collaborative design tools such as Figma or Miro, and requirements management tools like Jira.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, autonomous, and collaborative.

  • Previous consulting experience.
  • Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner).
  • Experience mentoring and building high-performing teams.
