We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of innovative educational products that enhance learning outcomes and empower educators and students alike. In this role, you will shape product strategy, uncover insights from user data, and translate them into actionable features that deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and customer-facing groups, to ensure seamless execution and consistent user experiences. This position offers an opportunity to influence product vision, mentor other product managers, and contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and user-centered design.
Accountabilities
- Develop and communicate product vision, goals, and opportunity assessments for areas of ownership.
- Prioritize short-term initiatives while aligning with long-term strategic objectives.
- Write actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that balance technical feasibility, business value, and user needs.
- Collaborate with analytics, revenue operations, and customer insights teams to inform data-driven decisions.
- Partner with engineering, design, and program management to deliver product enhancements on schedule.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies.
- Mentor other product managers and support professional development within the team.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including support, global teams, and customers, to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
Requirements- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy while achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive product decisions.
- Deep empathy for users and experience building solutions informed by user needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing multiple teams.
- Experience in fast-paced, experimental environments that value iteration and learning.
- Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver on roadmap commitments.
- Experience in the education industry, content, or skills and standards frameworks is a plus.
