This role is an exciting opportunity to lead product strategy, development, and execution in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales, you will define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and implement innovative solutions. The role offers significant impact on product direction, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes, while providing opportunities to influence strategy and mentor junior team members.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.

·         Create, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

·         Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.

·         Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development.

·         Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and oversee the software development lifecycle from concept to launch.

·         Implement testing, quality assurance, and usability practices to ensure high-quality products.

·         Track and analyze product performance metrics to optimize features and overall success.

·         Facilitate user feedback sessions and gather customer requirements to improve product experiences.

·         Promote continuous improvement and innovation throughout the product development process.



Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·         Several years of experience in product management or a similar role.

·         Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, development processes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·         Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·         Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.

·         Proficiency with tools like JIRA and other product management software.

·         Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

·         Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·         Experience using data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics.
