This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of API and integration products that empower customers, developers, and partners to access and embed key data into their workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to define vision, set priorities, and deliver high-value experiences. The position requires a balance of technical fluency, customer empathy, and strong product management skills to ensure seamless, scalable, and reliable integrations. It is ideal for a motivated, collaborative, and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Define, prioritize, and drive the roadmap for APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
  • Develop long-term strategy and vision for integration products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Gather insights from developers, partners, and enterprise customers through research, feedback, and analytics.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality products.
  • Champion developer experience, ensuring usability, reliability, and scalability of integration products.
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and performance tracking.
  • Identify, evaluate, and deliver key integrations with CRMs, GTM tools, analytics platforms, and other workflow applications.
  • Use analytics and market signals to inform prioritization and measure product success.
  • Represent API and integration products internally and externally, driving adoption and alignment.


Requirements
  • Strong experience in API-first product management and SaaS platform integrations.
  • Technical fluency to understand APIs, data models, and system architectures.
  • Proven ability to translate developer and partner needs into actionable product outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product development.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
