We are looking for a dynamic and mission-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation home care management platform. In this role, you’ll shape the product vision, own the roadmap, and collaborate cross-functionally to build intuitive, scalable, and user-centered SaaS solutions that improve how care is delivered and managed. You'll engage directly with users and stakeholders, leverage data to guide decisions, and ensure the product delivers high impact to customers and caregivers alike. Accountabilities:

• Own the vision and lifecycle of core platform features, from ideation through delivery and optimization.
• Conduct user research and gather market insights to prioritize product development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other product team members in an agile environment.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, including packaging, pricing strategy, and user engagement campaigns.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and develop tactical plans to improve product offerings.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform enhancements and guide long-term success.

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, UX/UI, or a closely related field.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS or healthcare software.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Experience working with analytics tools and using data to drive decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel 15–20%, including occasional international trips.

• Competitive base salary: $72,000–$80,000 (excluding performance-based incentives)
