We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead a new Audience Activation Platform from inception to growth. In this role, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning with organizational goals. You will manage a small, cross-functional team, drive product adoption, and develop insights to enhance customer engagement. Accountabilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage a small cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including messaging, pricing, and customer segmentation to maximize adoption.
• Conduct market and customer research to inform product decisions, define personas, and identify use cases.
• Drive execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and metrics, iterating based on data, feedback, and team input.
• Report progress and outcomes to executives, boards, and other stakeholders.

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience defining KPIs and success metrics.
• Demonstrated success developing go-to-market strategies and product adoption plans.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with early-stage product development (0-1) and innovation preferred.
• Client-facing or non-profit experience is a plus.
