Senior Product Manager (Remote)

The Senior Product Manager will guide a small, cross-functional team, define customer segments, develop innovative solutions, and measure outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Accountabilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy, including messaging, segmentation, pricing, and adoption planning.
• Analyze customer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes to inform product direction.
• Manage end-to-end product execution, balancing innovation, feature development, and operational needs.
• Establish KPIs, success metrics, and north star indicators to measure product and team performance.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and iterative optimization based on data, feedback, and retrospectives.
• Engage with stakeholders and executive leadership to report progress, milestones, and strategic insights.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced education preferred.
• Proven experience driving go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
• Strong data-driven and analytical orientation for product decision-making.
• Experience taking a product from 0-1 is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Salary range: $125,000 – $150,000 annually.
