This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will significantly impact the growth initiatives within the Individual Retirement Strategies Product organization. Your expertise will help optimize profitability across a diverse portfolio of Growth solutions. By analyzing key business metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive insights that influence profitability and competitive positioning in the market, ultimately enhancing enterprise value.
Accountabilities
- Monitor emerging business results, market insights, and changes in economic and regulatory environments.
- Partner with Pricing to understand product pricing inputs and assumptions impacting product economics.
- Collaborate across the business system to manage P&L aspects, maximizing value generation while managing risk.
- Maintain awareness of competitor rates and relative positioning of products in the Growth portfolio.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders on the Future Growth Initiatives team for insights and feedback.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and development of materials for Future Growth pipeline opportunities.
- Partner with Product Development to evaluate innovation initiatives and define the Growth Initiatives product roadmap.
- Execute the Growth Initiatives product roadmap through collaboration with Product Development, Support, and Implementation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in annuities, insurance, or retirement solutions.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 license preferred.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to partner with diverse functions and levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a self-motivated approach to work.
- Highly organized and adept at handling changing priorities.
- Skilled at conflict resolution and effective negotiation.
