Who We Are

At PracticeTek, we believe healthcare should be easy for providers, accessible for patients, and simple for everyone involved.

PracticeTek was established by healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs who share a common goal: to deliver seamless, high-quality, on-demand healthcare—free from the confusing limitations of traditional platforms.

PracticeTek is a collection of innovative software companies working together to make healthcare easier and more accessible for everyone. We deliver robust software solutions that support practitioners and foster exceptional patient experiences, contributing to the growth of healthcare clinics specializing in chiropractic, dental, orthodontics, optometry, and multi-discipline therapy.

Product Department

The Product team at PracticeTek drives the vision, strategy, and execution of our SaaS platforms that support thousands of healthcare providers across chiropractic, dental, ortho, optometry, and therapy. We partner closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and Business leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive solutions that solve real-world problems for clinics and patients.

Within this team, the Data function plays a critical role—uniting fragmented systems, unlocking insights, and enabling smarter decision-making across the business. From infrastructure to analytics to end-user reporting, we ensure data is actionable, accessible, and aligned with our commitment to healthcare innovation.

The Career Opportunity

Join PracticeTek as a Senior Product Manager – RCM, and help shape the next generation of automation and intelligence across our healthcare revenue cycle solutions. You will own product strategy and execution for RCM innovation, driving automation in claims, denials, eligibility, and payment workflows that directly improve cash flow and reduce administrative burden for providers.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends deep healthcare domain knowledge with technical fluency in ANSI X12 standards, payer systems, and modern AI/automation approaches. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, RCM Operations, and Data Science to deliver scalable products that improve efficiency and accuracy across the patient financial journey.

This position is remote-friendly, but candidates located in San Diego, CA or Las Vegas, NV may work in a hybrid capacity (3 in-office days per week) to foster collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders.

Areas of Accountability

  • Define and execute the roadmap for RCM automation, AI agents, and clearinghouse integrations. Drive the next wave of intelligent workflows spanning Eligibility (270/271), Claims (837), Status (277), Remittance (835), and Authorizations (278).
  • Partner with RCM SMEs, Operations, Data, and Engineering to define problem statements, product requirements, and OKRs.
  • Document and refine “Pre-Visit,” “Visit,” and “Post-Visit” RCM processes. Drive clean claim and payment posting rates through product-led automation and rules enforcement.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and vendor teams (e.g. Snowflake, WhiteSpace Health) to implement scalable data infrastructure and integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering to architect intelligent, human-in-the-loop workflows for claim and denial resolution that evolve toward full automation through AI-driven learning and optimization.
  • Work with the Data team to unify ANSI X12 (837, 835, 277, 271) data into our RCM Data Lake, enabling predictive insights, denial patterning, and automated corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-functional discovery, user research, and systems analysis to identify data gaps and uncover opportunities.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between RCM Operations, Product, and Technology leadership. Ensure visibility, alignment, and progress toward automation and revenue goals.
  • Track and report on ORKs and KPIs to evaluate the success of intiatives.

Competencies for Success

  • 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in RCM related position. Proven experience with ANSI X12 (837, 835, 277, 271, 278) transaction sets.
  • Strong understanding of clearinghouse integrations, ERA/EOB processing, and RCM automation workflows. Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, SQL, and data pipelines.

  • Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Comfort analyzing large data sets for denial trends and operational metrics.
  • Skilled at balancing the needs of Engineering, RCM Ops, and Clients. Able to bridge gaps between business strategy and technical execution.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex RCM workflows and AI/ML concepts to diverse audiences—from executive stakeholders to engineers and billers.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments where product direction evolves through experimentation (POCs) and stakeholder feedback.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven success in leading discovery and translating ambiguous needs into structured product initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled at moving work forward even when faced with ambiguity or roadblocks.
