We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Resident and Board experiences, while also helping build and mentor a growing team of product professionals.
In this role, you’ll be responsible not only for leading strategic product efforts, but also for raising the bar for product management practices across the organization. You’ll guide other product managers, coach cross-functional partners in product thinking, and help embed a mindset of continuous discovery and value-driven delivery.

What You Bring
• 6+ years of experience in product management, including at least 1–2 years mentoring or supporting other product managers.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, outcome-driven roadmapping, and prioritization frameworks.
• A passion for coaching and growing others—you’re energized by helping others succeed.
• Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or legacy environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a knack for building alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Deep empathy for end users and a drive to create intuitive, empowering experiences for all.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in industries with complex user roles (e.g., community management, operations, or services).
• Exposure to organizations transitioning from project-led to product-led models
Pay and Benefits:
$150,000 to $170,000, depending on education and experience.
