We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to lead and evolve program operations and reporting tools that help enterprises prioritize security and compliance efforts. In this role, you will deeply understand customer needs, simplify complex processes, and create innovative solutions that accelerate compliance while enhancing user experience. You will influence product strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help shape the culture and direction of a growing product team. Your work will directly impact enterprise efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the scalability of the platform. This position offers full remote flexibility while providing opportunities to drive meaningful change in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for program operations and reporting products, aligning initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for impactful product improvements.
  • Translate complex challenges into clear, prioritized product goals and actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive adoption of program operations tools.
  • Mentor and guide team members while contributing to the growth of the product team’s culture and capabilities.
  • Monitor metrics and feedback to continuously optimize product performance and identify areas for innovation.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of senior product management experience at high-growth B2B/SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to disambiguate complex problems and deliver innovative, user-friendly solutions.
  • Strong customer empathy with experience engaging directly with customers and GTM stakeholders.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills across engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading projects in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments.
  • Strong track record of turning product roadmaps into actionable execution plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating vision and strategy documents, PRDs, and presentations.
  • Helpful prior experience: reporting & analytics tools, project/task management platforms.
