Senior Product Manager - Pro - Tax Reporting (Remote - US)

As a Senior Product Manager for tax reporting, you will own the strategy and execution of client reporting products, ensuring an exceptional user experience while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data, finance, compliance, and design, to reimagine reporting tools such as account statements, transaction histories, tax forms, and portfolio summaries. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your work will influence global client experiences and support diverse regulatory and geographical needs.

Accountabilities:

• Own the platform strategy and execution of client reporting products across diverse asset classes, including crypto, equities, and derivatives.
• Reimagine and enhance account statements, transaction histories, tax reports, and portfolio summaries for an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with data, finance, and compliance teams to anticipate regulatory changes and integrate them into reporting frameworks.
• Partner with design teams to champion user experience across web and mobile applications.
• Lead vendor strategy, evaluating, integrating, and optimizing third-party tools for data aggregation, report generation, and export functionality.
• Align stakeholders, communicate product decisions clearly, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

• 5+ years of product management experience, including developing client-facing reporting products such as tax forms (e.g., 1099-B, 1099-MISC, 1099-K), transaction exports, or audit trails.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact reporting tools in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including writing PRDs, strategy documents, and product vision narratives.
• Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management for data and reporting services.
• Passion for staying informed about industry trends and innovations, particularly in finance or crypto-related products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
