We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead pricing analytics initiatives that shape the future of airline commerce. In this role, you will leverage extensive expertise in commercial airline data to identify key trends, evaluate opportunities, and build innovative data products that deliver measurable value to customers. Working cross-functionally with technical, product, and commercial teams, you will help ensure that data-driven insights are actionable, competitive, and industry-leading. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of airline revenue management and pricing strategies, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the analysis of airline sales and transaction data to uncover trends, identify performance gaps, and benchmark industry practices across carriers, markets, and product types.
- Support the creation and evolution of data products by validating outputs and uncovering new value propositions.
- Design, execute, and interpret business experiments and use cases to guide product development and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts, and customer-facing teams to align strategies and drive execution.
- Prepare and deliver concise insights, reports, and visualizations tailored to internal teams, airline customers, and executive stakeholders.
- Present findings in executive briefings and strategic discussions to guide decision-making and product direction.
Requirements - Bachelorโs degree in an analytical or strategic field required; a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or direct airline industry experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required; 7+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in applied statistical or numerical analysis with large and small datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to support product management through data analysis, research, and market insight generation.
- Experience in airline revenue management, pricing, or network planning highly valued.
