  • Serve as the voice of the customer by integrating grower feedback, agronomic insights, and commercial input into product development.

Technology Integration & Partnerships:

  • Collaborate across Syngenta’s internal teams (Marketing, Application Technology, Digital Ag, R&D, and Agronomy) to synthesize technologies into a unified solution.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships with agtech firms, OEMs, and external technology providers to complement Syngenta’s capabilities.

  • Manage budget, timelines, and resources in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product efficacy, adoption, and return on investment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Align technical teams with commercial functions to ensure product-market fit and readiness for global and regional launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, regulatory, and support functions to ensure successful product deployment and grower satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or agtech development, with a strong understanding of application systems and precision agriculture.
  • Experience with hardware/software integration, sensing technologies, or machine vision preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and drive technology from concept to market.
