Mission:

Your mission as Principal Product Manager at Andros is to drive strategy, planning, and execution of Andros’ data activation platform. Leveraging market intelligence, a strong understanding of customer needs, and data & analytics, you’ll own decision making for the platform investments Andros makes to serve our customers. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, especially design, engineering, and commercial to deliver on a rapidly growing product & market opportunity, bringing value to Andros’ customers and to the healthcare industry at large.


Outcomes:


Drive strategy, planning, and execution for the Andros data activation platform:

  • Build and maintain product roadmap aligned to top level business objectives
    • Define and maintain a 6+ month product roadmap aimed at moving toward future business horizons
    • Prioritize initiatives on an ongoing basis in line with vision, business KPIs and customer value
  • Ensure products & features deliver maximum value to customers & the market
    • Leverage expertise of customers and internal teams to identify product opportunities and translate those to tactical requirements 
    • Regularly engage with clients and prospects to understand their problems and the needs of the market
  • Work closely with design, engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial stakeholders to plan and refine feature scoping & sequencing
    • Generate and oversee the development of stories from product requirements
    • Work closely with engineering leadership to ensure customer needs and business objectives are well understood
    • Ensure your team has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support
  • Ensure roadmap reflects plans, progress, and completed milestones and is clearly communicated across the business
    • Leverage our monthly demo day meeting and product updates channel as opportunities to communicate updates broadly
    • Team members across the organization consistently receive targeted updates with the appropriate context for their role

Ensure commercial success of product efforts through strong commercialization & cross-departmental collaboration:

  • Develop strong launch plans for new products and features
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to define launch goals, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create impactful marketing and sales enablement materials
    • Provide clear value props and use case details to inform messaging and content creation
    • Co-develop tools like demos, one-pagers, and training guides to enable sales and marketing teams
  • Partner with finance on pricing strategy for new products & features
    • Work with finance to conduct pricing analyses, including cost modeling and competitive analysis
    • Set pricing model and collaborate with finance on price points
    • Ensure pricing model is cohesive with the holistic Andros price book
  • Partner with Sales to set sales strategy & targets 
    • Lead training to ensure the Sales team understands value and key differentiators
    • Collaborate with AEs to identify target segments and key accounts
  • Ensure alignment across implementation and customer success teams for seamless execution
    • Ensure implementation and customer success teams have adequate training & documentation
    • Define handoff processes to transition customers from sales to implementation to ongoing support

Guide an A+ team to drive outcomes aligned to top company goals

  • Build a shared understanding of company goals across the team
    • Regularly communicate how team priorities connect to broader Andros mission and goals, provide clarity on the “why” behind the work
    • Align individual and team efforts with top-line goals, ensuring all teammates understand their role in achieving success
  • Foster excitement and motivation to achieve goals
    • Use clear communication, goal setting, and team recognition to inspire the team and keep team motivated to achieve goals
    • Celebrate milestones and successes, reinforcing the impact of the team’s contributions to Andros’ broader strategy & goals
  • Equip the team with tools and frameworks to understand goals, status, and progress
    • Work with engineering and finance to ensure tracking tools and metrics are available to understand progress toward business goals (revenue/bookings), usage goals (product usage metrics), and operational goals (efficiency & team health metrics) 
  • Develop strong processes for monitoring success and driving continuous improvement
    • Create regular review cadences (e.g., retrospectives, performance reviews) to evaluate progress, identify blockers, and refine strategy/approach
    • Encourage a culture of experimentation, where teams feel empowered to test new approaches and learn from outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

  • BA/Masters required in relative field, healthcare background preferred
  • A minimum of 6+ years of work experience in product management 
  • Experience with developing B2B software, healthcare technology experience preferred
  • Experience designing, developing, and executing 0 to 1 software products preferred
  • Experience with partnerships or M&A preferred 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering B2B software products.



Salary Range:

$150,000 - $165,000
