Senior Product Manager, PBM Member Experience

Rightway
Full-time
Remote
United States
$150,000 - $195,000 USD yearly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Rightway, we believe managing your medications should feel simple, personal, and empowering. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the pharmacy experience our members use every day to take ownership of their medicine cabinet, connect with clinicians and pharmacists, and find the lowest-cost path to healthier lives.

In this role, you’ll be the owner of the digital pharmacy journey across our web and mobile apps—from a member’s first search for a medication, to choosing where to fill it, to tracking their ongoing prescriptions in a personalized digital medicine cabinet. You’ll design experiences that make pharmacy care seamless: clear benefits, easy checkout, timely reminders, and effortless access to retail, mail order, and specialty options.

Your north star: driving member delight, engagement, and outcomes. That means building tools people want to use every day, supporting smarter choices, and creating trust through every interaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own and evolve the vision for Rightway’s digital pharmacy experience, keeping members at the center of every product decision.
  • Build intuitive, engaging features—like drug search, cost transparency, benefits clarity, and personalized reminders—that turn complex pharmacy benefits into simple member experiences.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and clinical experts to create elegant solutions that balance usability with operational and regulatory needs.
  • Use experimentation, analytics, and member feedback to continually improve adoption, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Inspire the team with insights about member behavior and trends in digital health, translating them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Lead and mentor an Associate Product Manager, fostering a culture of creativity, empathy, and data-driven decision making.
  • Stay curious—explore how AI, digital retail, and consumer health innovations can push our member experience forward.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally blending consumer product and healthcare expertise.
  • Strong track record of shipping B2C experiences that drive engagement and habit formation.
  • Comfortable with experimentation, behavioral design, and data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to rally engineers, designers, and clinicians around the member voice.
  • Passionate about building healthcare experiences that are as intuitive and delightful as the best consumer apps.

EXTRA CREDIT:

  • Background in digital retail pharmacy or PBM member experiences.
  • Experience with regulated markets (Medicare) or pharmacy data standards.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-powered product development or prototyping.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MPH, technical discipline).

SALARY (BEFORE BONUS POTENTIAL):

$150,000-$195,000/yr

Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
