This role is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives at the intersection of design, engineering, and user experience. You will own the vision and roadmap for a design system that powers and unifies the entire product, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive adoption, measure impact, and champion improvements that enhance both user experience and development velocity. This position offers an opportunity to influence core product architecture while mentoring teams, building alignment across disciplines, and delivering tangible value to practitioners and their clients.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

·         Define and champion the vision for navigation and the design system, aligning it with organizational goals and advocating for its value across teams.

·         Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

·         Drive adoption of the design system through documentation, training, advocacy, and engagement initiatives.

·         Establish feedback loops via user interviews, surveys, and data analysis to ensure the system remains relevant and effective.

·         Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact on efficiency, consistency, and time-to-market.

·         Serve as a liaison between design, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment and reduce communication gaps.

·         Promote a component-based approach to minimize technical debt and reduce rework across the organization.



Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

·         6+ years of experience in product development and management.

·         Proven experience as a product manager, ideally with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or internal tools.

·         Strong understanding of design systems and their application in scaled product organizations.

·         Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.

·         Data-driven mindset, capable of using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.

·         Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative delivery processes.

·         Passion for building products that delight users, combined with the ability to inspire teams.

Preferred / Standout Qualifications:

·         Experience in the SaaS industry.

·         Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives that drive adoption and engagement.

·         Familiarity with metrics to evaluate product impact on efficiency, consistency, and time-to-market.
