This role offers the opportunity to transform insurance workflows and risk management through advanced data and AI. You will lead the strategy and execution of insurance-focused product solutions, connecting multi-modal telematics and operational safety data to claims, underwriting, and broker workflows. Your work will directly influence commercial insurance outcomes, improving pricing, risk assessment, and claims efficiency. You will collaborate across engineering, design, partnerships, and customer success teams while building strong relationships with insurers and brokers. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on product execution in a fast-growing, innovative environment where your insights will shape the future of insurance technology.

Accountabilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for insurance product experiences and data services that translate operational safety outcomes into measurable insurance value.
  • Integrate with insurer and broker systems, defining reference integrations and accelerators to streamline adoption.
  • Design and scale packaged insurance workflows such as risk insights, claims acceleration, and underwriting data services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and key customers to deeply understand needs and guide the product roadmap.
  • Define success metrics and drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Legal/Privacy, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Champion and embed organizational values across teams, supporting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.



Requirements
  • 5–7 years of product management experience with hands-on insurtech experience, ideally in commercial auto insurance.
  • Proven track record shipping data-driven platform products (APIs, dashboards, integrations) that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Familiarity with P&C core systems and integrations in policy, billing, and claims.
  • Strong product sense, with technical depth across data models, privacy considerations, and partner interoperability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across insurers, brokers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Experience integrating telematics or video-based safety solutions with claims, underwriting, or risk scoring is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS products and working effectively with B2B sales teams is a plus.
