As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle for growth-focused projects, driving user acquisition and activation across web and mobile platforms. You will work cross-functionally to blend data insights, customer needs, and business goals into clear strategies that enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates. Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of growth initiatives, from discovery through rollout and iteration, on both web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and manage a high-volume experimentation roadmap to improve acquisition and registration conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Marketing, Data, UX Research, and Engineering to identify and validate growth opportunities.
- Define and scope solutions balancing speed, scalability, and user value.
- Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and A/B test results to inform data-driven decisions and strategies.
- Establish clear success metrics and maintain ongoing measurement and reporting of initiatives.
- Manage the product backlog, refine priorities, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay current with growth trends and tools, contributing innovative ideas to enhance product performance.
- Foster collaboration across the product organization to ensure a cohesive user journey.
Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years focused on growth, experimentation, or acquisition.
- Proven track record of driving measurable user and revenue growth through product changes and experiments.
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort with SQL and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Snowflake.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Ability to work quickly, adapt to change, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams around a shared vision.
- Curiosity and user-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex problems creatively.
- Bonus: Experience with multi-sided marketplaces, products targeting Gen Z/Alpha, or data-rich content experiences.
