Job Description
The Senior Product Manager at FuzeRx is a senior individual contributor role responsible for defining, shaping, and delivering high-impact product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This role sits within the Product Management job family and represents the highest level of product craftsmanship and influence without direct people management.
As a Senior PM, you will operate with significant autonomy, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale. This role is expected to set product standards, influence product strategy across domains, and mentor other Product Managers while driving measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx’s mission and business objectives.



Job Description
 

The Senior Product Manager at Fuze Health plays a critical role in driving the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact product initiatives that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and business performance. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap development through launch, optimization, and continuous improvement. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders, the Senior Product Manager translates complex clinical, operational, and business needs into scalable, user-centered product solutions while helping shape the future of the FuzeRx Product organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with company goals, patient outcomes, and operational excellence.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle for complex, high-impact product areas, including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate business and clinical requirements into clear, actionable product solutions.
  • Product Discovery & Research: Lead product discovery efforts through customer research, experimentation, market analysis, and data-driven validation to ensure products address real user needs.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment across senior leadership and cross-functional teams by communicating priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and business impact effectively.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs and OKRs to evaluate product success and inform strategic decisions and continuous product improvements.
  • Healthcare & Compliance Considerations: Anticipate operational, technical, and regulatory constraints within healthcare and pharmacy environments to design scalable and compliant solutions.
  • Product Execution Excellence: Collaborate within agile development environments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product initiatives.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a product thought leader and mentor within the Product organization, helping elevate product quality, execution standards, and decision-making practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of product management processes, frameworks, and organizational maturity as the company scales.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading products from concept through launch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams within agile software development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using product metrics and data to guide decision-making.
  • Experience operating in regulated or highly complex industries such as healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience building products within pharmacy, healthcare services, life sciences, or medication management platforms.
  • Experience with personalization, automation, AI-enabled product capabilities, or data-driven product experiences.
  • Proven track record of defining product strategy at the platform or portfolio level.
  • Experience mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the growth and maturity of Product organizations.

Additional Physical Job Requirements

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, frequently move around the pharmacy away from the computer terminal, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000

Location Requirement: 

  • Alto is limited to individuals residing in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (WA), and Wisconsin.
