As a Senior Product Manager for financial data solutions, you will lead the development and evolution of tools that enable professionals to access, manipulate, and visualize complex datasets within Excel and other financial modeling environments. You will define product roadmaps, gather client insights, and translate them into actionable requirements for engineering and design teams. This role involves balancing strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver high-impact features that empower financial analysts, investment bankers, and corporate finance teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data delivery, optimize the user experience, and drive adoption of products used in critical decision-making workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, has a strong understanding of financial workflows, and excels at translating complex user needs into elegant, usable solutions.
· Define and execute the short- and mid-term product roadmap for Excel add-ins and other financial data tools.
· Conduct customer discovery to understand client workflows and financial modeling needs, informing feature development.
· Write, prioritize, and maintain product requirements (PRDs) to align engineering, design, and business teams.
· Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for new product features, from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, seamless integration, and high performance of the product.
· Identify and implement QA strategies to validate functionality, usability, and reliability of financial data tools.
· Influence long-term product vision by integrating client feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing SaaS products, preferably in financial data, Excel add-ins, or similar tools.
· Proven experience owning product roadmaps, defining PRDs, and delivering end-to-end product features.
· Strong understanding of financial workflows and client use cases, including investment banking, corporate finance, and financial analysis.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
· Organized and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage complex product backlogs.
