This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager – Data Platform, Analytics & Reporting in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of a unified data platform powering data-driven decision-making across a fast-growing organization in the health tech space. You will design and drive the roadmap for data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting tools that support multiple internal teams and product lines. Working closely with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders, you will transform complex data flows into seamless, user-friendly experiences. Your impact will span from enabling self-service analytics to establishing unified reporting standards, all while influencing how data is leveraged to improve business outcomes and user experiences at scale.
· Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data platform, analytics, and reporting products.
· Collaborate with data and platform engineers to build scalable tools enabling fast, reliable access to data.
· Translate user insights and business requirements into product specifications, use cases, and user stories.
· Drive adoption of unified data standards, governance practices, and best-in-class analytics capabilities.
· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
· Balance feature development, platform performance, and technical debt while communicating trade-offs to leadership.
· Support the implementation of predictive intelligence and AI-powered analytics with engineering teams.
· 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on data platforms or analytics products.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience.
· Strong technical understanding of data architecture, APIs, and platform scalability.
· Hands-on experience building platforms that support multiple teams and diverse use cases.
· Familiarity with modern data stacks, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tools, and visualization platforms.
· Strong influence and communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders.
· Curiosity for data workflows and passion for improving data accessibility and usability.
· Collaborative mindset and user-focused approach to solving complex technical problems.
· Preferred: experience with enterprise data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
· Preferred: prior experience in analytics or data engineering roles.
· Competitive salary range of approximately $113,800–$176,400 annually, plus eligibility for bonuses and stock options.
