Microsoft Clarity is a free user behavior analytics tool that helps developers and product teams understand how users interact with their websites and apps through session replays, heatmaps, and AI-powered insights. Our mission is to empower teams to build better digital experiences by making user behavior transparent, actionable, and privacy-respecting.
We operate like a startup within Microsoft, fast-paced, data-driven, and deeply customer-focused. We’re looking for a passionate and strategic product leader to own and evolve the user experience across Clarity’s core surfaces.
As a seasoned Senior Product Manager on the Clarity team, you will lead the end-to-end user experience strategy, from vision to execution. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and data science to craft intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences that help users derive insights and take action.
You’ll be responsible for defining product scenarios, prioritizing features, and driving execution across teams. You’ll also be expected to analyze usage patterns, identify friction points, and propose UX improvements that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
As the digital landscape rapidly evolves with the rise of AI and conversational interfaces, this role will also play a critical part in shaping how Clarity defines and adapts to new modes of interaction. You will lead the user experience vision to ensure Clarity not only meets today’s needs but also anticipates tomorrow’s opportunities in an AI-driven world.
