About the role:
The Product team at Vistar works hand in hand with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch. As a member of the Product team, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating closely with just about all internal stakeholders at the company: Engineering, Sales, Client Services and Marketing to name a few. We take an iterative and data-driven approach to product development, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive swift product releases and bring clear value to our customers. We are looking for a Product Manager to contribute to the vision and growth of our DSP product line.
What you'll do:
Manage a cross-functional team within a product line.
Represent and evangelize your product internally and externally
Develop a strong understanding of customer and market needs to identify opportunities and define product strategy.
Collaborate with product leaders on product vision and the creation and execution of product roadmaps.
Work with a dedicated engineering team to build new products and enhance existing offerings, while managing technical requirements and setting timelines.
Train internal teams on new offerings to ensure products are launched successfully and are well supported.
Drive go-to-market strategy for new product offerings and represent the product with external stakeholders
Measure product usage and gather user feedback to inform future iterations of existing products.
What experience we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering, computer science, etc.)
4-6+ years of experience in product management (ad-tech familiarity is a plus).
Experience with agile and scrum development processes.
Experience developing ad tech products (DSP experience is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
Knowledge of and experience collaborating with multiple functional areas - Product Support, Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Finance, Marketing.
Proven ability to define product vision, translate it into actionable roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

At Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in New York City is $152,000 - $164,000, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The salary range for this position as performed outside of New York City may vary. The actual pay will be at Vistar Media’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
