We are seeking a Senior Manager of Small Business Digital Sales Strategy & Activation for ComcastBusiness.com. This strategic and operational leader will play a vital role in creating and driving our omnichannel approach to deliver leads, sales and growth for the Small Business – from awareness to purchase experience for new and existing customers.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Grow and mentor a high-performing team of Small Business product and merchandising managers aligned with business growth & career development.
Digital Strategy: convert insights into strategic initiatives, define product requirements and roadmap in line with business objectives and technical constraints. Ensure the merchandising aligns with brand standards and enhances the online customer journey. Implementation of propensity-driven personalization: leverage models to deliver dynamic offers.
Sales Funnel: evaluate funnel metrics, traffic sources, and conversion drivers; collaborate with analytics to improve lead quality and volume for new and existing customers. Drive deeper engagement and monetization of existing customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner across the organization to achieve business objectives, including UX/Design/content/legal/marketing/PR/sales/analytics . Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate product vision clearly, and foster agile development practices.
Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, coordinating releases, and ensuring quality in digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce portals. Monitor KPIs and conduct analysis to continuously improve product performance and user engagement.
