This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of blockchain infrastructure products that connect traditional finance with decentralized systems. As a Senior Product Manager, Blockchain, you will define and scale blockchain solutions that empower institutions, enable new asset classes, and establish industry standards. You will collaborate across engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver APIs, platforms, and toolkits for secure, regulated blockchain adoption. Your work will impact global transactions, improve protocol performance, and expand multi-chain interoperability. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency in blockchain protocols with a customer-centric mindset, guiding complex projects from conception to market adoption while influencing innovation in the blockchain ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the blockchain product roadmap, including protocol integrations, on-chain settlement, governance, and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align engineering, compliance, and commercial efforts for rapid and compliant product launches.
  • Drive developer and user experience initiatives by partnering with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.
  • Optimize protocol performance using analytics and research to improve transaction throughput, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Innovate in cryptography, DeFi, and blockchain interoperability, continuously evaluating new protocols, consensus mechanisms, and emerging standards.
  • Define and maintain security and compliance standards in collaboration with internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and best practices.
  • Expand multi-chain capabilities to enable seamless integration across public and private blockchains.


Requirements
  • 6–8 years of Product Management experience delivering complex technical products, preferably in blockchain, crypto, fintech, or infrastructure.
  • Deep technical understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2s), cryptography, and APIs.
  • Proven track record working with enterprise clients to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant blockchain solutions.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making using product analytics and on-chain metrics.
  • Visionary perspective on distributed ledgers, programmable assets, and open financial rails.
  • Passion for democratizing finance and making blockchain technology accessible.

Preferred:

  • Experience with multi-chain architecture, DeFi, staking, stablecoin infrastructures, or token standards (ERC, SPL, etc.)
  • Background scaling blockchain or crypto products for institutional adoption
  • Knowledge of digital asset regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, FATF) and blockchain compliance best practices
