What You Will Do

As Senior Product Manager – Behavioral Analytics, you will lead the evolution of a cutting-edge Behavioral Analytics risk product focused on delivering seamless, “invisible” security. This role is highly technical and deeply collaborative, working closely with engineering and data science teams to build sophisticated fraud prevention solutions.

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap for Behavioral Analytics products.

  • Define and prioritize development of lightweight Web and Mobile SDKs.

  • Partner with Engineering to build high-throughput, real-time streaming pipelines and sub-100ms decisioning services.

  • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists on feature extraction, model training, and performance validation.

  • Lead experimentation and rapid prototyping to validate hypotheses around bot detection and user friction reduction.

  • Balance fraud prevention effectiveness with seamless customer experience.

  • Support go-to-market initiatives by partnering with Product Marketing and Sales on technical documentation and client enablement.

  • Engage with early adopter customers to gather feedback and refine product direction.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who enjoys debating methodologies with engineers and data scientists and thrives in fast-moving, high-responsibility environments.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 4–6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in highly technical products.

  • Strong understanding of data-driven products, analytics, or machine learning systems.

  • Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams in agile environments.

  • Comfort operating in real-time, high-scale distributed systems environments.

  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and continuous discovery methodologies.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex technical concepts into product strategy.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, risk scoring, or cybersecurity products.

  • Familiarity with SDK-based products (Web, iOS, Android).

  • Knowledge of streaming systems and low-latency architectures.

  • Experience working with SQL, REST APIs, JSON-based services, or mobile ecosystems.

  • Background collaborating directly with data scientists on model performance metrics.

Compensation, Benefits & Additional Information

  • Base Salary: $170,000 – $205,000

  • Performance Bonus: Up to 12.5% based on individual and company performance
