Job Summary

This role is open to Houston, TX and Palo Alto, California in addition to Austin, Texas.

Poly, a part of HP, is redefining how people connect and collaborate through industry‑leading voice, video, and collaboration devices. We are seeking a Sustaining Product Manager to own and evolve a portfolio of hardware and software products used by millions of enterprise and SMB customers worldwide.

In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end product management for enterprise communication devices, combining hardware platforms, firmware/OS, software experiences, and cloud integrations. You will work cross‑functionally with engineering, UX, supply chain, quality, sales, marketing, and strategic partners to deliver products that meet customer needs, ecosystem requirements, and business goals.

You will be critical to ensuring products already in market continue to meet customer expectations, quality standards, certification requirements, and business objectives throughout their lifecycle. You will act as the single point of product accountability, working cross‑functionally to manage quality, change impact, cost, compliance, and roadmap continuity.

You will work with customer support teams, sales, and solutions architects to support customer escalations, but also to feed innovative ideas and improvements back into the product roadmaps.

This is a hands‑on role for someone equally comfortable discussing hardware trade‑offs, software roadmaps, certification requirements, and customer value propositions.
