In this role, you will lead the strategic development, execution, and market delivery of AI-powered products and data platforms that transform the way enterprise clients manage events and venues. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and oversee the lifecycle from concept to launch. By leveraging AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights, you will help create scalable, impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive business growth. This is a high-visibility position with the opportunity to shape innovative AI products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Define and own the product vision and strategy for AI and data platform initiatives.
· Drive go-to-market strategies for AI products, including conversational AI, predictive analytics, and AI agent solutions.
· Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable roadmaps.
· Prioritize the product backlog to balance platform investment with high-value, market-facing AI features.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, marketing, and customer teams to ensure impactful product delivery.
· Define and track key performance metrics to assess adoption, user satisfaction, and commercial success.
· Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
· 5+ years of product management experience, preferably focused on AI/ML products, data platforms, or technical infrastructure.
· Proven experience leading products from concept to successful market launch in agile environments.
· Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
· Familiarity with MLOps tools, feature stores, or large-scale data processing systems.
· Experience with modern data stack technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
· Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
