The Role:
Vizcom is an AI-powered design tool that helps industrial designers bring ideas to life — from sketch to render in seconds. We're looking for a Product Manager to own our core product experience and drive execution excellence. You'll work closely with the Head of Product to ensure we're shipping features that delight users while maintaining operational rigor.
As the Product Manager for Core Product, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end product experience, from ideation through launch and iteration. You'll own day-to-day product operations, manage our sprint processes, and work closely with our distributed engineering team (including team members in Europe). Your focus will be on improving our product development processes while ensuring clear, consistent communication across time zones. You'll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business to create products that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI-powered creative tools.
How You’ll Do It:
Manage day-to-day product operations, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
Break down complex feature requests into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements
Write detailed product specifications and documentation that serve as the single source of truth
Facilitate effective async communication between US and European team members through clear written updates
Own the product roadmap for core features, working with the Head of Product to align with company strategy
Drive product development from discovery through launch with engineering and design partners
Conduct user research and analyze data to identify opportunities and validate product decisions
Stay current with AI advancements and creative tool trends to inform product strategy
What You’ll Bring:
5 - 8 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of shipping successful B2B or prosumer products
Exceptional written communication skills - you write clearly, concisely, and can distill complex ideas into simple concepts
Comfortable working cross-functionally across product, eng, design, and marketing
Experience managing distributed teams and working effectively across time zones
Strong operational mindset with experience running sprints, managing backlogs, and improving team processes
Ability to bring structure and process while preserving our culture of innovation and experimentation
Bonus: Experience working in design tools, 3D, or industrial/creative tech spaces

Compensation:
Our compensation is tiered by U.S. location to ensure equity across our remote team. We benchmark at the 75th percentile using industry-standard data sets (Carta, Pave). For this role, base salary and equity will be determined based on your zone:
Zone 1 (e.g. SF, NYC, LA, Seattle): $155K–$175K base + equity
Zone 2 (e.g. Austin, Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia): $140K–$160K base + equity
Zone 3 (e.g. Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Kansas City): $125K–$145K base + equity
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
