We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of an AI-powered advertising platform designed for high-impact campaign management. In this role, you will define strategy, prioritize development, and deliver intuitive tools that enable users to plan, optimize, and analyze campaigns at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and client success teams to create premium user experiences while democratizing complex advertising technology. This role requires a combination of deep technical knowledge, advertising expertise, and product leadership to drive measurable business outcomes. You will own the roadmap, monitor performance metrics, and ensure features are aligned with both user needs and business objectives. The environment is fast-paced, innovative, and focused on delivering sophisticated, scalable solutions to a broad user base.
Accountabilities:
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered advertising tools.
- Design and deliver sophisticated campaign creation, management, and optimization systems.
- Develop end-to-end user experiences, ensuring intuitive workflows and premium UX standards.
- Partner with AI/ML teams to implement automated creative generation and optimization frameworks.
- Build analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track performance, ROI, and platform efficiency.
- Establish intelligent recommendations, guardrails, and optimization algorithms to guide best practices.
- Integrate advertising capabilities with major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and CRM/marketing systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure features meet technical, operational, and business goals.
Requirements- 7+ years of product management experience, with progression to senior or staff-level roles.
- 5+ years of experience building advertising technology platforms, DSPs, or campaign management systems.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, audience targeting, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience designing premium user experiences for complex technical products.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, AI/ML, and operations teams.
- Data-driven decision-making with expertise in performance marketing metrics and attribution modeling.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling advertising products handling significant spend volumes.
- Familiarity with advertising APIs, data integrations, and multi-channel campaign orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical and strategic insights to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, Trade Desk).
- Background in programmatic advertising or demand-side platform development.
- Experience with creative automation, dynamic ad generation, or personalized advertising systems.
- Prior experience in PropTech, real estate, or lead generation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in advertising optimization or audience modeling.
