This role offers the opportunity to lead the product vision and execution for acquisition-focused initiatives across a multi-product ecosystem. The Senior Product Manager will drive growth by optimizing user acquisition funnels, improving conversion rates, and building engaging experiences for prospective users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, legal, and compliance, to launch data-driven experiments and refine product features. The position emphasizes ownership of the roadmap, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement. You will leverage analytics, user insights, and competitive research to inform prioritization and strategic decisions. Accountabilities:
· Own the product roadmap and execution for logged-out acquisition funnels and user onboarding experiences.
· Design and implement strategies to intelligently route users across product offerings, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
· Launch freemium tools, interactive utilities, and other pre-signup experiences to build trust and familiarity with products.
· Partner with design and engineering to ship landing page optimizations and personalized user journeys through rapid experimentation.
· Use quantitative data, A/B testing, and user research to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across brand, legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
· Promote a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement within the team.
· 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in growth or acquisition-focused roles.
· Proven track record of shipping successful product features and improving business metrics through experimentation.
· Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) on landing pages and app/web-based acquisition funnels.
· Ability to think across a multi-product ecosystem, ideally with experience in dynamic routing or recommendation logic.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing frameworks, hypothesis development, and data-driven decision-making.
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
· Growth mindset with curiosity, resilience, and the ability to challenge assumptions.
· Experience designing freemium or utility features that drive engagement and conversion.
