Job Summary

Floify is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in the mortgage industry and experience leading SaaS products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will own the vision, strategy, and execution for key product initiatives that drive innovation, scalability, and value for both lenders and borrowers. The ideal candidate has experience working with APIs, integrations, and external partners, and thrives on building solutions that simplify complex workflows in mortgage origination.

What You Will Do As A Senior Product Manager

  • Own end-to-end product development: from discovery to delivery, including PRDs, workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver high-impact releases.
  • Lead initiatives involving API integrations and third-party platform partnerships (e.g., LOS, PPE, and VOI/VOE/VOA providers).
  • Translate business strategy, customer feedback, and market trends into clear product roadmaps and actionable user stories.
  • Regularly engage with users, clients, and internal stakeholders to validate ideas, test concepts, and ensure alignment with real-world needs.
  • Define success metrics and use data to measure, iterate, and improve product outcomes.
  • Communicate progress, priorities, and decisions to executives and key partners.
  • Responsible for managing budgets related to assigned product initiatives, vendors, and integrations as needed.

What You Will Bring As A Senior Product Manager

  • Deep understanding of the mortgage industry, including origination workflows and compliance considerations.
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in mortgage technology or fintech.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment and with agile development methodologies.
  • Proven success managing SaaS products from concept through launch.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with hands-on experience managing API-driven integrations and platform connectivity.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills; comfortable with ambiguity and iterative problem-solving.
  • Prior experience managing API-based or integration-heavy products preferred.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member 

Pay Range*: $153,800 - $184,500 annually 

*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.  

Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
