Own the product roadmap for core consumer experiences—from first touch to visit completion and follow-up.
Define the product vision, strategy, and success metrics across engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to build delightful, reliable, and high-impact user experiences.
Partner closely with clinicians and care teams to model real-world workflows and translate them into scalable product solutions.
Prototype, test, and ship 0→1 features with a bias toward speed and measurable impact.
Leverage data (dashboards, SQL, experimentation) and qualitative research to guide prioritization and iteration.
Uphold exceptional design and usability standards—sweating the details while delivering at startup speed.
8–12 years of product management experience, including time as a Senior IC or Lead PM shipping impactful consumer products.
Experience working in high-growth environments (Series A–D startups or fast-moving consumer tech companies).
Proven end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle—from ideation and design partnership to metrics and analytics.
Strong product sense with the ability to define crisp narratives, identify user pain points, and translate insights into features.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools; able to self-serve with dashboards or SQL.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when interfacing with cross-functional and operational teams.
Motivated by high ownership and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Background in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated consumer industries.
Prior experience in early-stage startup environments or as a founder/operator.
Exposure to design-led product development and rapid iteration cycles.
Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
