As our Senior Product Manager, you will develop deep subject matter expertise with operational stakeholders and end users, and partner closely with a team of engineers and dependent product managers to bring our product vision to life. To thrive in this role you must, bring broad and deep product planning experience, intellectual curiosity, artful negotiation skills, a strong sense of accountability, and a deep passion for the role of product management.

Here's what you will experience working as a Senior Product Manager:

  • Collaborate through strategy sessions with business managers, end users, and partners to define requirements, product vision, priorities, and timelines.

  • Lead meetings and teams to create and implement high-quality plans and roadmaps for underpayments projects.

  • Facilitate progress and build relationships among stakeholders, product groups, and leadership.

  • Simplify complex concepts for business understanding.

  • Present to stakeholders, align projects, and drive feature development by interpreting needs and writing user stories in an agile environment.

  • Manage release scope and communication to ensure adoption.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years in healthcare and 4+ years leading cross-functional teams.

  • Skilled in leveraging data for opportunity identification, business case building, and cost-benefit analysis for project prioritization.

  • Experienced in making trade-off decisions between scope and schedule with a focus on outcomes.

  • Strong organizational skills for delivering business value outcomes.

  • Empathy for users and a collaborative approach.

  • Effective communication with Director+ level stakeholders, simplifying complex information.

  • Self-driven, problem-solving aptitude, and product innovation awareness.

  • Strategic mindset for solving complex business problems with clear strategies and roadmaps.

  • Capable of managing shifting priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to achieve results through influence and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and conducting effective meetings.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience shipping new products and improving upon existing ones.

  • Proficiency in SQL or Python 

  • Experience creating analytics tools and visualizing data and model results utilizing a modern BI tool (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.)

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $93,244.00 - $152,065.42 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
