Company Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B cybersecurity company that is rethinking how modern organizations securely access infrastructure, applications, and internal tools. Founded in 2019 and backed by top-tier investors, the company has scaled to ~80+ employees and serves a rapidly expanding enterprise customer base.

The team operates with a remote-first mindset, a strong engineering culture, and a high bar for product ownership. Security is a universal, long-term problem — and this platform sits directly at the intersection of networking, identity, and device security.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of a core product used daily by technical and security teams worldwide.

You will:

  • Own and evolve key areas of the product roadmap, from discovery through launch

  • Develop deep empathy for customers by understanding their workflows, pain points, and security requirements

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to translate complex problems into scalable, well-defined solutions

  • Drive execution on feature development, balancing speed, quality, and long-term vision

  • Collaborate with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to support launches and prioritize incoming feedback

  • Represent the product internally and externally through customer conversations and stakeholder discussions

  • Continuously iterate based on data, customer input, and market signals

This role is highly hands-on and best suited for someone who enjoys being close to the details while still thinking strategically.

Ideal Candidate Background

We’re looking for product leaders who are excited by technical products and fast-moving environments.

You likely have:

  • 3–7 years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise software

  • Experience owning products or major features from early concept through production

  • Strong technical curiosity and comfort working closely with engineers

  • Exposure to security, infrastructure, networking, or developer-focused products

  • A proactive, execution-oriented mindset with a bias toward action

  • Clear communication skills and experience engaging directly with customers

Preferred

  • Background in cybersecurity, identity, networking, or infrastructure platforms

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up environment

  • Familiarity with technical systems such as APIs, networking concepts, cloud infrastructure, or admin tooling

  • Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with distributed teams

  • Interest in mentoring junior team members as the product organization grows

Compensation, Benefits, and Other Details

  • Base salary: $150,000 – $190,000 (flexible based on experience)

  • Equity: Competitive equity package
