Senior Product Manager

A Senior Product Manager is sought to lead the development of features that power a multi-sided marketplace and help members and hosts interact seamlessly. The Person Being Sought

A strategic, data-driven product leader is needed—someone who thrives at the intersection of user empathy, business impact, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to serve multiple user types with competing needs, manage complex workstreams, and bring clarity to ambiguity. This person is a proactive communicator, a decisive collaborator, and someone who takes deep ownership of their product domain (digital or otherwise).

Here’s What the Role Entails Day-to-Day

- Define Strategy: Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap through insights from data, feedback, and business priorities.

- Drive Alignment: Clearly communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders and executives across the organization.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, support, operations, and legal to deliver high-quality experiences.

- Prioritize and Deliver: Scope, plan, and ship impactful features that balance short-term goals with the long-term product vision.

- Champion the User: Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to ensure user needs remain central to every decision.

- Own Execution: Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retros, ensuring strong alignment with engineering and design.

- Measure and Improve: Analyze product metrics, feedback, and market signals to assess impact, refine strategies, and guide continuous improvement.

- Innovate and Experiment: Design and execute experiments that test new ideas, validate hypotheses, and uncover opportunities for growth.

Here’s What is Needed to Be Successful

- Proven Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace or B2C environment serving multiple user types.

- Marketplace Acumen: Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics and the operational complexities of multi-sided platforms.

- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision and make thoughtful tradeoffs.

- Analytical Mindset: Fluency with data and comfortable translating quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable decisions.

- Execution Excellence: Track record of shipping high-quality products from concept through delivery and iteration.

- Experimental Approach: Skilled in scoping and evaluating product experiments to validate direction and accelerate learning.

- Empathy and Integrity: Deep care for user experience, balanced with a commitment to ethical, data-informed decision-making.

- Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication and teamwork skills that foster alignment and trust across disciplines.
