About Bonterra
Bonterra exists to propel every doer of good to their peak impact. Our vision: increase the giving rate as a percentage of GDP from 2% to 3% by 2033. We know this is bold, but we believe technology, innovation, and expertise will unlock new levels of trust, efficiency, and growth across the entire social good sector.
With an unmatched network of over 20,000 customers, including 180,000+ nonprofit organizations and more than 50% of Fortune 100 companies, Bonterra is the market leader in innovation for social good technology. Today, that leadership is accelerating as we pioneer the application of generative AI to transform how social good organizations fundraise, manage, and deliver impact.
Position Overview
Bonterra's Case & Impact Management category equips social-good organizations with the systems they need to manage programs, measure outcomes, and communicate their results. Apricot, our leading case management platform, is used by nonprofits and public agencies to coordinate services, track outcomes, and translate operational data into evidence of impact.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to do something genuinely hard and important: unlock the impact story living inside real nonprofit program data and turn that understanding into products that transform how organizations manage their programs, communicate their results, and compel the donors and funders who make their work possible.
This role sits at a uniquely high-leverage intersection. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Bonterra's platform and AI teams to develop deep fluency in how diverse nonprofit programs are structured and operated, and use that fluency to build the next generation of case management agents and define the industry's first impact data product: a structured, trustworthy data layer that captures what happened, relative to goals, over time, across the full spectrum of health and human services programs.
You will take that impact data and make it useful everywhere it matters across the Bonterra ecosystem. Surfaced inside donor communications in EveryAction, embedded in volunteer and CSR workflows in Deed, powering automated grant reports and impact statements that used to take weeks to write by hand.
This is a role for someone who is energized by ambiguity, comfortable with complexity, and deeply motivated by the idea that better data infrastructure can change how the social sector understands and communicates its own value.
