Description

As a Senior Principal Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of cloud-native backend services that power next-generation digital experiences. Your work will define scalable, real-time systems enabling intelligent content delivery, dynamic interactivity, and monetization—all built on globally distributed infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in cloud architectures, high-scale distributed systems, and real-time workflows, along with the ability to transform technical innovation into seamless user experiences.

Qualifications: 

10+ years building cloud services for media, gaming, or real-time interactive platforms, with proven success scaling systems to millions of concurrent users. 

Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, real-time protocols (WebRTC, SRT), and media processing pipelines. 

A track record of launching platform services that became market differentiators (experience with monetization systems a plus). 

Prior experience working with cloud service providers on media workflows or infrastructure solutions. 

Exceptional technical fluency - able to debate architecture with engineers while crafting compelling narratives for C-level media executives. 

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or related technical field. 



Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

Define Product Strategy: Develop the vision and roadmap for real-time platform services, creating the technical and business framework that enables partners to deliver engaging digital experiences. 

Drive Technical Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance content intelligence, interactivity, and monetization, turning cutting-edge research into scalable solutions. 

Shape Industry Standards: Collaborate with key partners to evolve best practices for cloud-based experiences while influencing broader platform strategy. 

Customer & Partner Engagement: Work closely with enterprise customers and service providers to understand their technical and business needs, ensuring solutions meet market demands. 

Competitive & Market Analysis: Research industry trends, evaluate competitor offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation. 

End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle, from requirements to execution, working closely with engineering teams. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including infrastructure, compute, and data services, to deliver integrated solutions. 

Go-to-Market Support: Work with sales, partnerships, and demand teams to drive awareness and adoption of platform solutions. 

Performance & Optimization: Define success metrics, analyze system performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
