We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Enterprise Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation enterprise products. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, delivering innovative solutions that enable business leaders to make data-backed decisions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and product marketing teams to define the product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enhanced, insight-driven experiences. Your work will directly impact enterprise HR, workforce planning, and talent strategy decision-making, while providing measurable value through adoption, analytics, and user research. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong communication with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

·         Engage with enterprise HR, workforce strategy, and analytics leaders to uncover needs and translate them into impactful product strategies.

·         Define, execute, and communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with customer value and business outcomes.

·         Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to develop AI-enhanced, insight-driven enterprise experiences.

·         Collaborate with Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and drive client adoption.

·         Utilize analytics and user research to measure product success, inform continuous improvement, and optimize adoption.

·         Clearly communicate complex workforce and analytics concepts to executive and technical audiences.

Lead cross-functional teams effectively without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment



Requirements

·         5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or data/analytics, including experience launching new products or markets (0-1 product experience preferred).

·         Direct experience building products for HR technology, workforce planning, people analytics, or related talent strategy solutions strongly preferred.

·         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, human-computer interaction, computer science, or equivalent.

·         Knowledge or coursework in labor economics, industrial/organizational psychology, or workforce analytics is a plus.

·         Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence and align cross-functional teams.

·         Proven ability to translate user insights into actionable product strategies.
