Main responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Products, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and a customer first mindset.
Translate complex business problems into clear, outcome driven product strategies with measurable success metrics.
Develop and maintain a 6–12-month roadmap for customer data and clickstream capabilities, aligned to organizational goals for data maturity, personalization, and customer journey analytics.
Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value across data collection, processing, and delivery.
Stakeholder Partnership & Discovery
Partner closely with cross functional business stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather and refine requirements, size initiatives, and prioritize based on impact and value.
Ensure customer data and AI powered capabilities align with user needs, business priorities, and end-to-end customer experience goals.
Delivery & Execution
Drive end-to-end product execution—from discovery and requirements through design, development, testing, launch, and continuous iteration.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate clickstream data with internal data warehouses, CRM systems, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Own data collection standards, including tagging strategies and data layer requirements across web and mobile properties.
Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable high-quality, iterative delivery.
Act as the primary escalation point to unblock issues, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain execution momentum.
Enablement & Adoption
Develop training, documentation, and enablement of materials to drive adoption and effective use of data and analytics products across teams.
Support stakeholders in leveraging data products to inform decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
