This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a next-generation alarm monitoring platform that serves as a critical backbone for enterprise operations. As a Senior Associate Product Manager, you will partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define the product vision, set the roadmap, and deliver high-impact features. You will be responsible for transforming complex user needs and market opportunities into intuitive, scalable solutions while driving modernization initiatives for a mature system. This is a highly collaborative, strategic position ideal for someone passionate about building reliable and innovative software products.
· Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for a next-generation alarm monitoring platform.
· Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
· Collaborate with engineering, design, and growth teams to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
· Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and guide development with clear product requirements and user stories.
· Lead workshops and journey mapping sessions to modernize legacy workflows with human-centered design principles.
· Oversee product launches, monitor performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
· Align cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing and sales, on product strategy and market positioning.
· Document and share best practices, tools, and insights to support future product growth and operational excellence.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in software engineering or product management, ideally with full-stack development and REST API design exposure.
· Technical proficiency in C#, SQL, Python, and frameworks like Angular.
· Experience with internal enterprise platforms and an understanding of the challenges of modernizing mature systems.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex product roadmaps.
· Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and passion for building intuitive, scalable, and reliable tools.
· Familiarity with SaaS environments, public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and agile product development practices.
· US citizenship with current or attainable SECRET clearance.
· Willingness to travel domestically up to once per month (about 3 days per trip).
· Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 USD annually
